Kitchen
(a) Chef de Partie
(b) Demi Chef
(c) Commis
- At least 2-3 years relevant working experience preferably in hotels or resorts.
- For position (a) preferably with multitask skills and managing skills.
- For position (a) applicants must be able to cook and handle oriental, western and local cuisine. Possess good knowledge and experience for food safety, hygiene, storage, food costing and market list.
- Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.
Housekeeping
(a) Gardener
- For position (a) at least 1 year relevant working experience in
- hotels or resorts.
- For position (b) must be Male, at least know about planting,
- must be matured and can work without much supervision.
- Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.
