Food & Beverage

(a) Supervisor

(b) Waiter/Waitress

  • Knowledge on food and beverage related to oriental, western, local cuisines and banqueting is essential.
  • For position (a) at least 2-4 years relevant working experience in hotels or resorts.
  • For position (b) fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.

 

Front Office

(a) Male Receptionist

  • 1 year relevant working experience is sufficient.
  • For position Fluent in Mandarin. Able to write in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.

 

Housekeeping

(a) Housekeeping Supervisor

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotels or resorts.
  • Applicant must possess analytical skills, able to supervise staff and ensure satisfactory completion of work assignments.
  • Able to work on shift.

 

Kitchen

(a) Chef de Partie

  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotels or resorts
  • Preferably with multi task skills and managing skills.
  • Applicants must be able to cook and handle oriental, western and local cuisine.  Possess good knowledge and experience for food safety, hygiene, storage, food costing and market list

 

Maintenance

(a) Technician

  • At least a certificate in Electrical/Mechanical or relevant discipline.
  • Preferably with experience at least 2-3 years’ with skills as plumber and servicing/maintaining air conditioner.
  • Able to work on shift and Public Holidays.

 

Accounts

(a) Accounts Executive

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Able to handle full set accounting, monitor and verify day to day transaction to ensure update to date and to ensure accuracy of accounts
  • Possess own transportation

 

Administration

(a) Administration Assistant

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Able to coordinate and work closely with other departments on smooth running of operation on day to day basis, and able to follow-up things efficiently.
  • Proficient in English, and Malay, both oral and written
  • Mature and possess good interpersonal communication skill
